Here at Havoly we want you to be happy. If you’ve received a product you are not satisfied with and want a refund, you can ship it back to us within 2 weeks of receiving the item and we will refund you the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee.

*This does not include personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned and are non-refundable (unless the issue was caused by us or the carrier, see below). But don’t worry, we have received nothing but great reviews and haven’t gotten any complaints yet. We’re sure you’re going to love what you receive.

If there is a problem with your item, first email casey@havoly.com detailing what the issue is. Include any pictures of damage, including damage to the box. You can read more about damaged items on the FAQs page.

If we made a mistake or an issue was caused by us, we will always make it right. Whether that is a replacement or refund. One in about 80 shipments gets damaged by the shipping company. We package items well and It’s always the fault of the carrier due to poor handling. If this happens, take photos of the damaged item, the damaged box, the packing material and protection showing it was properly packaged and in most cases we will send a replacement and try filing a claim with the shipping company.
