Here at Havoly we want you to be happy. If you’ve received a product you are not happy with, and want a refund, you can ship it back to us within 2 weeks of receiving the item and we will refund you the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
*This does not include personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned and are non-refundable. But don’t worry, we have received nothing but great reviews and haven’t gotten any complaints yet. We’re sure you’re going to love what you receive.
If there is a problem with your item, first email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing what the issue is. Include any pictures of damage, including damage to the box. You can read more about damaged items on the FAQs page.
